FAQ

  • Are your products eco-friendly?
I am committed to sustainability and use eco-friendly materials to make and package my products. I use paper and card for packaging, and my greeting cards come without cellophane bags. The only products that use plastic are my Stick & Stitch Sets, which come in biodegradable cellophane bags. I strive to minimise waste in all aspects of my business and purchase supplies and materials from as close to home as possible to reduce my carbon footprint.
  • What is your return policy?
I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your purchase to discuss a refund or exchange. Please note that personalised or custom items may not be eligible for return.
  • How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery times vary depending on your location. Typically, orders are processed within 1-3 business days, with shipping times ranging from 3-7 business days for domestic orders and 7-14 business days for international orders.
  • Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?
Yes, I offer wholesale pricing for bulk orders. Please contact us directly for more information and pricing detail.
  • Are your embroidery kits suitable for beginners?
I offer a range of embroidery kits tailored to various skill levels, catering to beginners as well as experienced crafters. Each product description includes details about the required experience level. Full embroidery kits are accompanied by easy-to-follow instructions, ensuring a smooth crafting process. My Stick & Stitch Sets, on the other hand, do not include instructions and are therefore best suited for more experienced stitchers.

  • Can I request a custom or personalised order?
Yes, I welcome custom and personalised orders and I love working with brides to create bespoke taper candles for their wedding day. Please get in touch with your specific requirements, and I'll work with you to create a unique and tailored product.
  • How do I care for my hand painted candles?
My hand painted taper candles are delicate and should be handled with care. If you are storing them, it's always best to wrap them in tissue paper to protect them.
  • What paint do you use for your hand painted candles?
I use a non toxic water based paint so that the candles are safe to burn.
  • Do you offer discounts or promotions?
Yes, I occasionally offer discounts, promotions, and special offers to my customers. Be sure to sign up for my newsletter or follow Tired Starling Studio on social media to stay updated on the latest deals and promotions.
