If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your items. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on my part or a defective item. Once your return is received and inspected, I'll process your refund or exchange. For damaged or defective items, please contact me immediately with photos for resolution.

Parcels are usually sent via Royal Mail or Evri, depending on your location and the best available service. In the UK, orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days, while international orders generally take between 7-14 business days. Please note that customs processing can occasionally cause delays.
